Legislative Workflow Solution for Local Government
MetaLogix is actively engaged in designing and developing a browser-based Agenda System for a local government client. Recognizing their need for a unified, automated system to create and manage city agendas, we embarked on a solution that required document approval and management, custom components, and a relational database.
Utilizing Microsoft’s SharePoint Portal Server for its web portal, document management, and workflow capabilities, we’re building a comprehensive system. We’re designing and developing custom components specifically for agenda creation, individual agenda items, approved agendas, and calendar manipulation. This will result in a solution that not only meets but surpasses the City’s requirements for effective and efficient agenda management.
