The Chief Information Officer-Solution and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract is a broad-based 10-year, multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a ceiling of $20 billion. CIO-SP3 is awarded through the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). NITAAC is a federal Executive Agent authorized by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to administer GWACs for IT procurement.
CIO-SP3 allows MetaLogix along with Team ESR to offer a breadth of IT services including:

Team ESR will work with the NITACC under the CIO-SP3 contract to deliver IT service and solution excellence not only to NIH and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), but also to extend these services and solutions to other civilian agencies and the entire DoD community.
