A great advantage is that users work with Decos Document via a recognizable Microsoft environment. Which web parts are displayed can be decided at an organization level or by the end user. Complete personalization of the portal is achieved in this way. Users have direct access from the SharePoint interface to the projects in Decos. Each document can be opened directly in Decos and can be processed if the required authorization level has been allocated. Through the integration SharePoint has all the functionalities at disposal to offer complete document and record management.
